Helen Jairag Richardson (born 21 November 1938) is an Anglo-Burmese Indian film actress and dancer, working in Hindi films. She is the step-mother of Salman Khan and has appeared in over 500 films.She is often cited as the most popular item number dancer of her time. She was the inspiration for four films and a book.
